Where is Sōke BBQ & Hotpot?
8586 Edinburgh Centre Dr, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443, in the same building as Mochinut. Parking is free in the shared lot.
What are Sōke's hours?
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 10 AM to 8:30 PM; Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 9:30 PM. Closed Tuesdays.
How much is all-you-can-eat BBQ or hot pot?
Weekday lunch (10 AM to 4 PM): $24.99 adults, $16.99 kids 7–10, $12.99 kids 4–6. Dinner (from 4 PM, and all day Saturday, Sunday and holidays): $34.99 adults, $20.99 and $16.99 for kids. Add BBQ and hot pot together for $5 per person. 90-minute limit; the whole table picks the same option; appetizers and drinks are extra.
Can I order à la carte instead of all you can eat?
Yes. Every meat, seafood, vegetable and broth is on the menu with its own price, plus single pots, Vietnamese specials and bánh mì.
Is Sōke the first place in Minnesota with BBQ and hot pot together?
Owner Linh Huynh opened Sōke in July 2023 as the first restaurant in Minnesota to offer hot pot and barbecue together under one roof, as CCX Media reported at the grand opening.
Does Sōke serve Vietnamese food?
Yes: stone pho, phở đặc biệt, bún bò Huế, bún riêu, cơm tấm, bánh mì, special trays like bún chả Hà Nội, and family-size Vietnamese hot pots.

Is there a deal on hot pot?
How is Sōke different from other all-you-can-eat BBQ and hot pot spots?
Sōke is locally owned by Linh Huynh, who has cooked for the north metro since 2008. You can have BBQ and hot pot at the same table for $5 more a person, adult dinner includes a lobster tail or an 8 oz ribeye, there are nine broths including pho and Thai tom yum, and a full Vietnamese kitchen cooks stone pho, bún bò Huế and special trays.
I've never done Korean BBQ or hot pot. How does it work?
Pick BBQ, hot pot or both. For hot pot, choose up to four broths. Order meats, seafood and vegetables in rounds and cook them at your table: a minute or two a side on the grill, or until seafood turns opaque in the pot. Mix your dipping sauce at the sauce bar. Is Mochinut inside Sōke?
Yes. Mochinut shares the building at 8586 Edinburgh Centre Dr, so you can finish with mochi donuts, Korean corn dogs or bubble tea.
