First time at Sōke? Here’s how it works
Korean BBQ and hot pot are made to share and cooked at your own table in Brooklyn Park. Six steps, and you are a regular.
Your first visit, step by step
Pick BBQ, hot pot or both
Tell your server what you would like. All you can eat is $24.99 a person at weekday lunch and $34.99 at dinner, for 90 minutes; add BBQ and hot pot together for $5 a person. The whole table picks the same option. Prefer to order plate by plate? Everything is also à la carte.
Choose your broths
For hot pot, pick up to four broths for your pot: beef bone, pork bone, miso, mushroom, pho broth, Sichuan spicy, spicy beef sate, spicy pure green or Thai tom yum. Non-spicy broths can be made spicy; just ask.
Order in rounds
Order meats, seafood, vegetables and noodles a few plates at a time. Smaller rounds keep everything fresh and nothing goes to waste.
Cook at your table
Thin cuts like brisket and bulgogi need a minute or two a side on the grill. In the pot, seafood is done once it turns opaque, and balls and dumplings once they float. Servers walk first-timers through it.
Mix your sauce
Head to the make-your-own sauce bar and build a dipping sauce for the grill and the pot.
Save room for dessert
Mochinut is under the same roof, with mochi donuts and bubble tea. Sōke also makes chè, taiyaki and whole coconut ice cream.

First-timer questions
Do I need to know how to cook Korean BBQ or hot pot?
No. Servers show first-timers how the grill and the pot work, and the food is sliced thin so it cooks quickly.
How long can we stay for all you can eat?
All you can eat has a 90-minute limit, and the whole table chooses the same option.
Are appetizers and drinks included in all you can eat?
No, appetizers and drinks are ordered separately. Dine in with any hot pot and you get a free appetizer.
Is it good for kids?
Yes. Kids 7 to 10 are $16.99 at lunch and $20.99 at dinner; kids 4 to 6 are $12.99 at lunch and $16.99 at dinner.
What if someone in my group doesn't want to cook?
Order from the kitchen: stone pho, single pots, bibimbap, Vietnamese specials and bánh mì come ready to eat.
