Korean BBQ & hot pot in Brooklyn Park

Sōke is at 8586 Edinburgh Centre Drive in Brooklyn Park, sharing a roof with Mochinut. Grill at your table, build a hot pot, or order from the Vietnamese menu.

Owner Linh Huynh has cooked for the north metro since 2008, starting with pho, and opened Sōke here in July 2023 as Minnesota's first restaurant serving Korean BBQ and hot pot together.

Regulars come for three things under one roof: all-you-can-eat BBQ and hot pot, a full Vietnamese kitchen, and mochi donuts and bubble tea from Mochinut.
