Bún bò Huế in Brooklyn Park

$18.98bowl

Bún bò Huế is the spicy beef noodle soup from central Vietnam. Ours comes with pork feet, beef shank, Vietnamese ham, beef balls, oxtail and blood cubes over thick round rice noodles.

It sits on the Vietnamese specials list next to bún riêu, bún mắm, bánh canh cua, hủ tiếu and cơm tấm. Regulars come for the Vietnamese menu alone.

Too much heat? Ask your server and the kitchen can steer you to a milder bowl.
